Does my service include a guarantee?
As long as the failure is due to a manufacturing or placement defect, the repair is at our expense. Also as long as the part has been used under normal conditions.
is my presence necessary during the job ?
We just need you to show us the space to work, our team will define a work area and it will be the only area we go through, if you consider it necessary to witness the work we have no problem, but you can be confident that it will be the same work as if you were there.
Is there any cancellation fee?
No, however, we would appreciate being notified at least 24 hours in advance. In addition, in the case of structures on design, the cost of the part to be installed will have to be covered.
